Coach Lisa Cisneros is the Girl’s Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for our Lady Coyotes. Health and Fitness is her passion and her goal is to educate our younger generation of the benefits it may bring. Coach Cisneros has a dedication to her athletes and coaching peers so they understand the importance of strength and conditioning and its effectiveness in the world of sports and athletics. Through proper training and guidance our athletes will benefit tremendously and carry knowledge and skill into their specific sport(s) and lives.
Along with Strength and Conditioning, Coach Cisneros has coached several sports throughout her career, including cross country, track and field, basketball, volleyball, cheerleading, and powerlifting. With knowledge in sports specific training, it allows her to incorporate what is needed as a whole program. Coach Cisneros takes great joy in helping our athletes find love for a sport and become as successful as possible.
Currently, along with Strength & Conditioning, Coach Cisneros currently coaches girls basketball and cheerleading. As a coach, she attempts to bring out the best in all of her athletes addressing weakness and strengths. In correcting and focusing on their weaknesses, it allows both them and herself to strengthen what is needed for competition purposes. Our strengths guide us and one another to utilize during the most difficult battles. There are struggles, but the rewards are so much more and she enjoys every minute of it.
Coach Cisneros views her job as producing life long learners and productive citizens of society.
